The Board of Directors supervise the management of the business and affairs of Alterna Bank and is ultimately responsible for its stewardship. The Board also approves the overall risk appetite and strategy of Alterna Bank and provides oversight to senior management.

The Board of Directors oversee and are ultimately responsible for our strategic and financial planning/performance, compliance with legislation and regulations, and the satisfaction of customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
